All three sandwiches come on a telera roll with shredded lettuce\, sliced tomatoes\, dill pickles and secret sauce (served with Cajun fries). Mardi Gras Bock\, a seasonal German-style Maibock produced by Louisiana-based Abita Beer Company\, is on special for $6 (12-ounce can). The Mardi Gras specials are available during regular business hours February 13 through February 17. No cover\; seating is first come\, first served (no reservations).
